Over the past year, a 21-story “affordable luxury” condo has been taking shape on East 96th Street between First and Second Avenues. With sales expected to get underway this spring, the developer, Wonder Works (partnering with Fimida Enterprises and Mink Development) has now dubbed the condo, Vitre (a French word for window), and unveiled a teaser site for the project.
